We’re now integrated with our new online returns partner ZigZag, where you can register and create your returns label. Most carriers will provide a unique scannable QR code to take to your local drop off point, although some may require you to print a label at home. Goods are returned to Boden at your own cost.
Start your returns journey by following these simple steps:
· Enter your order number, email address or postcode here.
· Tick the box against the item you wish to return and select a returns reason from the drop down list.
· Select your preferred returns carrier from AU Post, APG, DHL where you will receive tracking notifications via email (no emails will be sent if you choose the ‘no carrier option’).
· Once you have selected your carrier, you will see a confirmation page. You can either download your label immediately or wait for the email with the label attached.
· Alternatively, if the ‘no carrier’ option has been selected, print off the address label and attach it to your parcel and take it to your nearest courier. If you don’t have a printer, our returns address is below.
· Ensure that you remove any old address labels and barcodes and include your returns form in your returns.
· Take your parcel to your chosen drop-off point, remember to ask for proof of postage.
· If you have selected a trackable returns option, we will keep you updated on its journey back to us.
Please allow up to 14 days for your returned parcel to reach us. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed.

We operate a returns policy for orders made directly through www.boden.com/en-au. If you return an item in its original condition within 90-days of receipt, or 14-days for sale items, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item. Your refund will be adjusted if any offer or discount was applied to your order.
The following are non-refundable:
· Swimwear, if the hygiene strips have been removed.
· Earrings, if the internal packaging seal has been broken.

After our standard 90-day return period, or 14 days for sale items, you can return anything that does not meet our quality standards up until one year after your order arrived for account credit. With faulty items, you’ll have the options below:
· Within 6 months – we’ll refund your item and you're welcome to place a new order (subject to availability).
· From 6-12 months – we’ll credit your Boden account for the amount paid. Account credit can be used on any future order, including sale items, and has no expiry date.
If you originally purchased with a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly.

We don’t offer exchanges, but there’s no need to worry. Simply return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order online, where you can see up-to-date stock and delivery information. To find more details about returning items, take a look at ‘How do I return my order?’ and our returns policy.

We are pleased to say we process your returns in Australia, rather than waiting for them to get back to the UK. We try to process them as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 14 days. If you used our returns portal to create a return label, keep an eye out for your return notification emails to stay in the loop.
We’ll pop you an email when your return is completed. Any refund will appear in your account within 5 working days from the date it was processed.
If you don’t hear from us within 14 days of sending your items back, please contact us with your order number and the details about which items you returned. Our friendly advisors will then see what they can do for you.

How do I track my return?

If you’ve returned your parcel via our Returns Hub, you can track your return by clicking on the link in your email. Don’t forget to check your junk folder if you’ve not received any and add us to your safe sender list. Alternatively, enter your order number and postcode or email address here.
It may take a day or two from posting your parcel for the first update to show. No need to worry though, as we’ll pop you an email when your return has been processed.
Returns can take up to 14 days to be completed, and we’ll send an email as soon as we’ve processed your item(s).

Don’t despair! You can print a copy of your order from your online account. Alternatively, a note with the following information will do:
1. Your name, address, and phone number.
2. Your order number.
3. Item code(s) and reason for the return(s).

If you have received a gift from Boden that’s not your cup of tea, please contact us with your order number to hand, and we will be happy to look into this further. Just so you know, we will need to keep the ‘gift giver’ informed.

Offers are applied to each item, so any discount received will still apply to the items you keep. Any items returned will be refunded at what you paid for the item (after discount), as per our returns policy. Take a look at your offer terms & conditions for more information.
