Returns

Returns are free within the UK, and our returns policy is for orders made directly through Boden. If you return an item in its original condition within 90-days of receipt, or 14-days for sale items, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item. Your refund will be adjusted if any offer or discount was applied to your order.​ Visit our online returns partner, ZigZag, to register your return and create your returns label.

The following are non-refundable:​

·        Swimwear, if the hygiene strips have been removed.​

·        Earrings, if the internal packaging seal has been broken.​

·        Face covering  products, if the packaging has been opened.​

Any returns received after 90 days of receipt (or 14 days for sale items) will be refunded as account credit for use on a future order. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be completed.

Refunds

Returned parcels can take up to 14 days to reach us from the date they’re sent back. Keep an eye out for your return notification emails to stay in the loop and, don’t worry, as we’ll pop you an email when your return is completed. Any refund will appear in your account within 5 working days from the date it was processed.

If you don’t hear from us within 14 days of sending your items back, please contact us with your order number and the details about which items you returned. Our friendly advisors will then see what they can do for you.
